Longevity Strength Classes (Kinstretch/Strength) – Online
Enhance your mobility, joint function, and strength through full range of motion. Grounded in Kinstretch principles, Exercise Physiology and Strength & Conditioning, these sessions focus on improving end-range control, efficient movement patterns and resilience for any sport or daily activity.
These online classes integrate bodyweight strength exercises with optional use of props, drawing from Michelle’s professional background and personal experience across multiple movement disciplines.
To celebrate Exercise Right Month, enjoy free access from May 1–14. Two new 30 min classes are posted each Monday and are available to view at any time for as many times as you like until the following Monday. Since these dates fall mid-week, you will have access to 6 classes between May 1-14.
