SALTY STEPS WALK CLUB – QLD
“Salty Steps” invites all members of the community to join us for a refreshing wellness program every Sunday at 7 AM. We’ll kick off with a revitalising 30-minute walk through our beautiful local area, followed by a calming 10-minute guided breathwork session to enhance relaxation and mindfulness. After that, we’ll dive into a refreshing swim, combining fitness with a splash of fun.
Once we’ve completed our activities, everyone is welcome to catch up at a local café for a chat and a coffee, creating a lovely community vibe. Led by our experienced exercise physiologists and accredited practising dietitians, “Salty Steps” is all about embracing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. It’s a fantastic opportunity for all members to come together, stay active, and support each other in leading healthier lives. We can’t wait to see you there!
