SUMMARY:LONGEVITY STRENGTH CLASSES – NSW
DESCRIPTION:Get stronger and move better through full range of motion. These classes are a hybrid of end-range strengthening (Kinstretch) techniques plus effective bodyweight strength techniques to improve your mobility and bad-ass strength.\nClasses are predominantly bodyweight-only and the occasional use of light weights or everyday household objects.\nLearn joint self-mobilisations, soft-tissue techniques and breathing techniques. In other words, get your body joints moving more fluidly, ease joint pain and stiffness, learn self-massage and learn how to breathe better.\nExperience a stronger body, improved movement and less stiffness/pain.\nTwo 30 minute classes are posted each week – you will have access to a fortnight of classes (4 classes in total).\nClasses are suitable for all ability levels – you learn how to work within your own body to increase or decrease the desired intensity.\nEmail Michelle to register for 2 week access (total of 4 online classes).\n
